Dear little one, you will be born into a mixed family. The languages are confusing enough and who you decide to be could also be a challenge. The choice is certainly yours but before you choose, here's what Daddy thinks.

Growing up, Daddy never quite fit in. When he was little, he was the typical fat kid in class or the funny fat kid. Then came middle school, he was the funny, fat, and shaved kid as it was required to have 3-inch hair in school. High school doesn't exist. Daddy went to a junior college and majored in the department of Applied Foreign Languages which due to scoring, is full of students who don't want to be students. and that gradually made Daddy a loner, who spent most of the time at a distance from others. He could be up to 4 years older than his classmates. Besides, he had been working for years when most others are into boy-girl stuff. Daddy doesn't smoke, party, or join any bands. He was an old soul trapped in a young body.
One of the turning points for Daddy was when he got to go to the U.S. It's the reason you're reading this in English and the reason you are so special. You must know by now that you have family in the U.S. too. While you're not in fact related, the bond is stronger than blood. Daddy spent 11 months there and he could honestly say that it was what made him both strange and unique. Life there was just like anywhere but it was the right time, right place, and the right people. Daddy couldn't be happier. Special thanks to the Larsons. Without them, things wouldn't be the same.
Mommy is a Korean. The end.🤪
Mommy and Daddy met of course because of Daddy's determination on English education. His circle wasn't complete until he had taught also taught overseas. It was a milestone to set. Among the volunteers who went to Hungary, Mommy was there. She thought Daddy was strict and annoying. Daddy thought "meh". They still stayed in touch after they part ways. Long story short, they got married, and you're a mix baby, just like Cookie!
Are you a Taiwanese, Chinese, Korean, or an imaginary American?
Mommy's definitely a Korean. Your grandparents are Taiwanese. Some Taiwanese people are Chinese. Daddy is a Taiwanese-born but an American soul, whatever that means. Who cares? You're our baby, and whoever you are, you'll be loved by so many people from so many places.
