Shocking finding: learning English helps you get fit, lose weight and eat clean diets...!!?

Have you ever noticed that most (if not all) of the famous people from the English speaking world, actors/actresses, YouTubers, celebrities...and the like, are in good shapes? If not, that's okay. It depends on where you're looking. Here I've listed how English could potentially help you become healthy, with some quick examples:
Movies
In the two "universes" of Marvel and DC, all FOUR Chrises (Evans, Hemsworth, Pine, Pratt) are ripped with abs and the works...

I think there are more abs in our entire entertainment combined... just kidding. However, I don't recall any impressive body figures in Asia. Of course, we're not here to judge who's got a better physique but there's no doubt that abs are healthier than beer bellies.
Watch more movies in English as the first step to prepare you for the mindset for fitness. It's really easy to start because most of us already watch Marvel movies. You certainly don't have to love it but do it for the sake of learning English. In almost every one of their movies, they'll show off some forms of muscles that could start hinting your mind. Worry not about understanding every sentence. Do you think native speakers can get everything they say in movies? NO!
2. Work out vids
Go on YouTube and simply type ABS. There are tons of coaches who can elaborate on how they get in shape and how you could do it, too. The best part yet is how it doesn't seem like an English class but you're learning more than just English. Personally, I've been following fitness guides online for years. I've never had a real life coach before and unlikely ever will. For obvious reasons, we (Asians/Taiwanese) just care less about fitness than them. It is until recent years that some YouTubers or Instagrammers are catching up but if you really look into it, many of them are pretenders. Besides, our gym coaches... dare I say... don't look convincing. They look either having too much or too little and it's often the latter.
Since there are so many, here's how you could start (see below). This one is simple and clear. Even if you don't have 100% accuracy, you'll still see results given time.

Nutrition Tips
We Taiwanese or Asians care a lot about eating. I mean, the act of eating! However, we rarely care enough about what we put in our body. Yes, I know there are overweight people all around the world but where do you find experts in diets, nutrition facts and other related knowledge? We have YouTubers for those, of course. Are they original though, or are they more like translators? Either way, you've read this far to learn both English and your well-being. When choosing dietitians, get an English speaking one first and then check out those speaking your native languages later. If you feel too much stress listening to a speaker, that's okay; just Google it and learn from pictures. You can already understand a lot by looking at the flashcard-like pictures. They're very simple to understand.
Motivational Speeches
Once you have started watching the movies and following instructions from online fitness coaches, chances are that you feel like you're stuck or become worn out and feel like an uninflated balloon... Then it's a great time that you start listening to motivational speeches! Fitness aside, though it's usually connected, by listening to a person who has strong willpower can make a huge difference to your life. The choices of speakers are practically limitless, too. Whether you like comedians, actors/actresses, politicians...etc., they've probably already up on the list in the search engine. Again, just type "motivational speeches" on YouTube. The world of mental power is yours if you take it.
For me, I started with Jim Carry's commencement speech. I like comedians and think that they're usually philosophical people, seeing the world with their humorous minds. For workouts, needless to say, there are workout music, workout motivation...and so forth. Just choose someone you like! Surely there's somebody famous in the world that is likable, right? Listen to the person/people you like; that's one of the best ways to learn!
If you have read my "How To Become A Self-Taught In English" or "How Can You Learn", you'll see that the logic is aligned. Create environment (movies), allow engagement (workout videos), and initiate enjoyment.
For the record, nothing that is written here means any disrespect. The goal to achieve here is to help more people be aware of the resources they could have in learning both English and to be healthy.
p.s. looking pictures of fitness models won't get you anywhere... LOL
