Previously we brought up some positive ideas about the pandemic, but what can we actually do to make a positive impact on the world, and most importantly, on our actual lives? In the next few minutes, we'd like to propose something that is much more cost-effective than you think.
Are you ready to know the secret to a happier life?

If it wasn't obvious enough, a _______ !!! (depending on the animal you end up with)

As the ancient Mesopotamian saying goes, "Life shall go for life, an eye for an eye." While we don't really support such violent notions, it is a good way to understand what we're suggesting you do here. There are countless innocent lives out there just waiting to save yours if you let them. Adopting an animal, or sometimes people prefer "rescuing", can do much more to you upon first thoughts.

On the 5th of January, 2019, Cookie was introduced to Andy's life, and honestly speaking, it has never been the same ever since. For someone who's always had more than one animal in the family house (birds, fish, turtles, guinea pigs...etc. ), having a dog that is directly one's responsibility is an entirely new deal. It's like playing with some kids in the park versus playing with your own kids.
Any animal is fine but for authenticity, we're going to take Cookie as the star example here. Life before Cookie:
Wake up--> Work--> Get coffee-->Eat--> Use the toilet--> Finish Work--> Go home-->Sleep ∞
Life after Cookie: Woken up by Cookie--> Check the toilet for Cookie--> Check the food for Cookie--> Talk, Play, Cuddle with Cookie--> Take a walk with Cookie--> Eat a cookie next to Cookie--> Go to sleep early for Cookie ∞

Cookie is the closest thing to Andy as the representation of love. She asks nothing in return and reflects who you are as a person given the freedom of choice. If you love them like family members, they won't make you feel the same. Sorry no. They will make you feel that you're the best family member in the world. It's unfair. In a way, love grows into greater love.

On the other hand, for someone who has little sense of love or how to love, start your life with saving one first is the right way. How can you love someone if you can't even love yourself? How can you love yourself if you don't embrace love? You miss this part; you'll be going in circles.

Language is the tool we express but it is almost impossible to express an idea so great and so powerful. Being and taking care of a dog that will never be able to speak the same language as you do shows that without speaking, love is in the air; it is in every thought and every action you take. Cookie will not tell Andy she's hungry, sick or sad. Andy just needs to care enough to feel how she feels. And that right there, is love.
You think you save a dog's life? It's the opposite way around.
